Swing Stage

  • Standard Lengths

    • QuickAlly Modular Swing Stage cradles consist of Aluminium Side Frames, Handrails, Decks, U Joiners, Steel End Hangers and Duct Through Hangers and 20mm quick pin with optional wall rollers and castors.  Aluminium Components are made from specially extruded structural grade aluminium profiles. Standard Modular Swing Stage Sections are available in 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5 & 3.0m lengths which allow for a high degree of flexibility in platform length configuration up to a Maximum of 16.0 metres.

    • The Quick Ally Modular Platforms are connected using U-Joiners (MUJ) and quick pins (QCP19) and are fitted with either Steel End Hangers and Duct Through Hangers (walk through stirrups), dependendent upon the design configuration and requirements.
    • Configurations of up to 16m in length with maximum supports at 12m with a maximum of 2m cantilever end of the Swing Stage.
    • Custom Fabrication allows for angles of 10 degrees through to 90 degrees to be obtained for the Swinging Stage Cradle.
    • Safe Work Load (SWL) is rated at 450kg.

    • Note: Swinging Stage Cradles must be installed to the requirements of AS/NZS 1576.4:2013 and by fully qualified HRS persons.
